So impressed with this newly opened medical facility. Centrally located, it was easy to book an appointment via HotDoc. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It's conveniently located next to a Wizard Pharmacy so I was able to go directly there to have my script filled.

Excellent service from the reception, efficient process pre-consultation. Doctor Tan was very professional in bonus of his kindness and his grounded approach. Recommend if you are visitor / backpacking, they are use to private and travelling insurance.

I was working in Perth this summer and had a problem with my toe. The pain was excruciating when I was walking around and noticed the Wesley Medical Centre. I walked in and asked for help. A very nice lady was at the reception. She helped me register myself since my foreign data did not match with the software (it's complicated to explain), so she helped me get it done very smoothly. The doctor who saw me was Dr. Eric Tan. He is an incredibly experienced and very, very nice and friendly man. He could help me, explained everything to me, gave me a prescription to get my medicine and gave me very good advice on how to get through until I returned home. The problem was that he could not operate because I had to work and be up and about. There was no room and time for surgery. He took a lot of time for me and I found out what a gem was sitting opposite me. He's a well-known capacity in many aspects, and his life was incredible so far. I listened to him and forgot about my pain. If I could, I would still listen to him now. What a life, what a career, what a man! Such a high-level capacity and so humble and nice with the friendliest smile on his face! Now when I have to see a doctor, I'm out of the practice rather quicker than I'm IN there. But here, I didn't want to leave in the end. It was so very much interesting to listen to him. He has so much experience and thinks out of the box, is understanding and relays trust and makes you feel safe. The payment process was quick and "painless". I could claim it back from my insurance. Thank you very much indeed, Dr. Tan! I wish we had doctors like you over here! - By the way: I did as you adivsed and went to surgery after I returned to Zurich. I'm fine now. You and your team are awesome!

Dr Eric Tan is a very experienced and professional doctor. He went for extra mile to diagnose the problem and gave valuable advice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good GP.
